You own an “extraordinary” property covering at least 100 m², with a main room of at least 40m², and wish to enhance it by hosting photography, TV or film shoots or short-period events.

1. Promotion : we propose your property to all our clients. We take care in promoting it and respect your requirements. Depending on what you want, it may be rented for several possibilities: still photography shoots, TV and film shoots or special events.

2. Location : when your property has been chosen by a team, we present the project and, if applicable, agree to a visit with the client.

3. Organization : when your property has been definitively chosen, we draft a three-party contract. This contract specifies all the terms and protects you. It is accompanied by an insurance certificate, taken out by the renting client, covering material damages and its civil liability. During the rental period, you are relieved of all responsibility.

4. Payment : Your indemnity is paid by check on receipt of the customer’s payment.
